As part of the Generations Growing Together campaign to renovate the St. Joseph Athletic Facility and Early Education Center, St. Joseph is delighted to announce a partnership with Sporting KC’s Youth Soccer Program.
The partnership will launch with indoor programs for toddlers and young children in the St. Joe Auxiliary (carpeted) Gym in March, and expanded youth outdoor soccer programs will be offered when the new Athletic Facility is completed this summer.
Sporting KC joins other partners of the St. Joseph Athletic Facility, including CYO and Special Olympics Kansas, to offer a variety of sports leagues, programs, camps and other activities to parishioners and community members.
Sporting Stripes Registration for 2-5 Year-Olds
Sporting Stripes, the beginner soccer program for toddlers and young children ages 2-5 years old, will be offered at St. Joseph starting March 7, 2026, and run for two, 4-week sessions through May 16.

When the St. Joseph Athletic Facility is completed in summer 2026, Sporting KC's youth soccer programs for children in elementary school will be held on the new field. Instructional programs, camps and league play will be held there. Registrations for those programs will be announced soon.
