I have a BA in Secondary Education and English from Rockhurst University and a Masters in Integrated Humanities and Education from Rockhurst University.

Education Philosophy

I believe that all students can rise to the expectations that are set before them.  They come to me with unique abilities and experiences.  

Why I love teaching in a Catholic School

I love the Christ-centered community in the school.  Students and teachers work together to model and live out the teachings of Jesus.  I love that I get to talk about God everyday. I love the pride that students and parents and teachers have in their school.

Outside interests and passions 

I love to read, travel, watch movies, and bake and cook.  (I’m not great, but I can follow a recipe!)
